116518LN Daytona Rotor Question?

Is it normal to feel the rotor slightly spinning on this model daytona? I don't really feel it while on my wrist, but when I hold it in my hand and gently flick the watch up and down I can feel the rotor spinning. The watch is from 2020. I don't feel any rotor movement on my new 126515LN.

Yes, you can feel it sometimes with 4130 movement, but I also feel it in my wife's 126515 4131.
