Realistic pricing for 14790st Yves Klein
Thinking about purchasing the 14790 with an Yves Klein dial. Currently I have a 15450 with blue dial, but it feels very bulky on my wrist. I prefer the thinner 14790 and the Yves Klein, because I love the color and it is kind of rare.

There is one at Chrono24 asking for $79k. I think it's way overprice.
It sure looks gorgeous but who will pay for that ridiculous price.

I love how my 14790 feels on the wrist. The sub-9mm thinness is sublime. As to the price with Yves Klein dial...Crazy money.

There is one on chrono for $43k. The series matches with the serial number at the end but it looks a bit too light. The is referring to it as a mixture of Yves Klein and ‚jean-ish‘ blue. Did you guys ever heard about it?
But there is another one for $45k which looks like proper Yves Klein blue. Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk |

I'm not familiar with ^^^ that ^^^ dial. For reference, the 14790 I purchased in January of this year with the "Standard" blue dial was $28.5k with box and papers from a brick and mortar reseller. That seemed to be a median price point at the time and I believe the price has not changed much in the interval.

You mean you paid $28.5k for a real Yves Klein 14790 this year? Or a regular blue?

Real price is whatever someone is willing to pay for one, unfortunately they've gone way up. I bought one in 2018 for $10k if that tells you anything as to where they were not long ago... wish I still had that one. I think realistically 40-50k sounds about right in this market. During covid they were $120+
