I think his sub no date is gone if you see the later update.

Op, very nice collection, it would be hard for me to give up any. I would keep 1 of each model which ever you like best and add a PM or dress piece a Patek, AP or VC maybe with a complication.

I would keep only the BLNR, Daytona and Hulk.

I like how you wanted to get rid of some redundancy then proceeded to buy a white steel daytona to go along with the black one haha.

Honestly, there is some duplication, but each watch is individual and there are enough differences to justify keeping them all.
Now, if you’re selling because you want something else or just don’t wear one enough or if you simply need the funds I understand. In that case I would keep one Sub, one GMT and the Daytona. |

The no-date, one GMT and the Daytona is a great modern three watch Rolex collection.
The red sub goes in a second box for your vintqge/ neo-vintage pieces and I definitely wouldn’t sell it. That leaves you to pick a GMT and the Hulk to move on. |

However, maybe a trade of one for a PM Daytona/Daydate would be a good move for the future.
