My first Rolex was a 14060M 2 line Z serial. I’ve had several new GMTs and Subs, but prefer the older look to the ceramic. I just followed up recently with a very nice 16710 Coke full set.

I think it represents peak traditional Rolex, Kinda like the E90 BMW's and especially the E90's M3.

Like BMW, Rolex made some sharp turns after these models. I know some people love the more recent ones. Not. Me.

As a BMW motorcycle enthusiast and owner, when I think of 14060 I think of R80GS PD. My First Motorcycle (1991). Same thing 14060M

A wonderful and compelling story, that of the Submariner
