Can all datejust 36mm dials fit all datejust models?

I’m interested in purchasing a 16238 all gold Rolex but it does not have the dial I’m looking for, can dials from other Rolex Datejust fit the same watch? 16233, 116233, 1603, etc. any info will be greatly appreciated.

Are you referring to the 116238? In any event Rolex will change a dial for only if that dial was available for the watch while it was in production. So, to put another dial on from another model line, while it should fit, would have to be done independently of RSC.

The 1603 dial will not fit in a 16238, other 5 digit dials will, like these 160xx, 162xx.
