5712 1/a discontinued
The long time favorite is gone leaving the 5726 the last steel. I never thought they would do it but I guess it will be replaced by a white precious metal or do we think that configuration is now gone except for the rose?

Fair well to one of the best SS Nautilus to ever be in production. Sad but expected. Surely it will eventually come back in white gold and an updated $80-100K retail price. Now it’s just a matter of time for the 5726 and 5990.

Sad to see it discontinued but it almost had a 20 year run.
Such a wonderful watch. Contrary to others I don’t see it coming back as the movement is old. |

The ugliest nautilus in the line-up. Good riddance if you ask me. It definitely won't be missed by me and I sincerely hope the second hand value will plummet.

Imo it’s the best nautilus. The last steel with complications and slim profile and way more interesting dial than 5711. Thankfully I had a hunch and went grey just 2 weeks ago. It was my grail and I’m so glad I did it.

I bought my 5711 in 2017 for $22K and sold it 2 weeks ago for $89K and actually bought a 5712. For it to be plummeted it would have to be very close to retail or worse below and in the case of the 5711 that would be $45-55 and the 5712 $55-65 or something like that. |
