114270 Explorer on Jubilee?
Thinking about putting a jubilee on an Explorer 114270. Almost certain I had seen a post on this before but can't seem to find it.
Would a 62510H fit a no holes Explorer 114270? If so would one use 555 endlinks or 502T endlinks? I recall reading that the 502T won't work due to hole location in this case. Anyone done this? Thanks |

Reviving this conversation.
Trying to do the same, did you make any progress? I did read the 502T was the one for the job. |

Are you sure you want to do that? I don’t think that watch and the Jubilee bracelet are simpatico! Just my opinion, of course.

You could do that and see if you like it.
It may go against the law and order of Rolex but if you like to try why not.. Jubilee is more slinky than oyster so maybe more casual and comfortable. Reversal should be an easy option if it does not work out to your liking.

I think it’s a great look on the Explorer. Some of the earliest models, such as the 6610 and 1016, were offered on jubilee bracelets.

For the 114270, you would typically use the 555 end links, as they are designed to fit that model perfectly. The 502T end links won't work due to the hole location, so it's best to stick with the 555 for a proper fit.

I think the 36mm Explorer looks fantastic on a jubilee bracelet.
For a 114270 I believe you'll need 555B endlinks and 1.8mm springbars. Good luck, -GW |
