The backside of the crown on the clasp:

Why does it look yellow?

It should be made out of 750 WG.
And not just coated by rhodium or anything...

Does anyone know more about this phenomenon?

Did you just start three different threads with different photos to answer multiple questions about the same clasps? If so, that seems extremely counter-productive.

Right? I’m guessing he’s trying to notch ten posts to add photos. Would’ve been nice to explain that from the first one.

He could have made multiple posts in the same thread, at least it would have kept the questions together in a more manageable way, since they are obviously connected.
