I tried to get in last summer, but their opening was delayed. Will make sure to pay a visit this summer.

We visited back in October. It's a really gorgeous space with lovely staff. Heads up that they strictly did not allow photos inside (however, there's a patio outside with a giant AP logo where you can take a pic). Enjoy the visit!

Yes. It does come back to that if any for sale issue, but I just purchased my first AP from an AP House.

I met the country manager randomly at a udon spot a few years ago in Sinsa. That’s when I learned they were building a House.

I reached out to him last fall and he gave me a tour of the house but it was still in final stages of construction so I never got the full experience. But really cool space. It’s basically a boutique on the ground floor where I presume anyone can come in without an appointment, and then there’s a lot of floors above that is “the house” experience.

Def geared more towards the trendy Korean audience compared to other more conservative Houses like in Tokyo or Zurich for example. They have a golf screen downstairs. Unfortunately, the way it’s set up only right handed players can play (I’m a lefty so I couldn’t try it).

This is the only pic I took that they said I am allowed to share, but looks like there are many photos online now that they are open. On this floor, which I think is supposed to be the main hangout floor, they have a nice wooden ceiling with beams that gives it a nice, warm mid century feel. I only mention this bc if you visit, try to compliment how beautiful it is bc apparently it was a major challenge to construct it ;)

Nice! Hope I can visit too one of these days.

Weird though that they don't allow pics inside. I visited the Tokyo AP House and they also didn't allow any pics inside. NY AP House on the other hand are cool with pics inside.
