My Ball Pilot GMT has H3 (Tritium) microtube lume on the hands and dial indices, and Super Luminova on the 24 hour rotating bezel. I sleep with my watch on so I can quickly tell the time when I wake up in the middle of the night. The H3 tubes will glow nonstop for 25 years.
