Thanks my friend! There is simply no comparison as you know. Most people chase the hype watches missing out on so much more!

The lights at the gym really make the 5817 sparkle. Yes i know perfectly normal to wear a breguet to the gym.

Going to sell my retrograde tradition and fill the gap with another Breguet - but closed dial.

Any suggestions below 30k used?

Needs to be closed dial and have moonphase + guilloche.

Which specific reference are you parting with? As for moonphase, clearly my favorite is the 7337 after going through the search myself. Such a great tie to the past with perfect size for my 7.5 inch wrist. I thought about the 7137 but in the end decided to go with the 7337. The guilloche dial is incredible as well!

This didn't take long:

Absolutely gorgeous dial. I owned the blue 5547 in white gold and for whatever reason I didn't love that version of the dial it felt a bit plastic like for lack of better term at certain angles. I do love the 5547 complication though so down the road this may turn into that for me.

First impression was I wish it was 38mm and it would be a 10/10 but I think that was just my eyes needing to adjust as I've been wearing my 5134 and 7027 a lot lately both being 37mm. I still think 38mm would make it perfect but today I'm already adjusted and the size is absolutely fine for me. Have a rubber strap coming in which is how I think this will live for me but it looks fantastic on the leather as well.
