Oh “Wild Tales” looks good! I need to see this.

I have seen Pedro’s “The skin l Live In” and I liked it! Very wild. I actually need to revisit it and glad you brought it up.

Anyone use The Criterion Channel? If so, please recommend as many films as you like, thanks. I have nothing but downtime and that is what I am mainly using for movies.

Favourite film seen on that platform recently is ‘Dheepan’ (dir. Jacques Audiard, 2015, won the Palm d’Or). Tense drama/thriller about Tamil refugees trying to make a new life in Paris. The title character is phenomenal.

Last night we watched the Amy Schumer flic, Kinda Pregnant. While the ending was the typical Hollywood playbook there were many times I was in tears from laughing so much.

Watched Road to Bali last night.

The “Road To” movies are silly but are classics. Lots of lines that are meaningful for the times.
