Life is short. Enjoy it how you'd like. If you want two GMTs, go for it. I have two Explorers, not a clue why, but I like them. Just be happy.

Why not?
If you like them both there is nothing wrong with it.
I have a friend who has 10 Sea Dwellers and despite being different refs many look the same to the average person. Buy/collect what you like.

Initially i disliked the GRNR, but it has grown on me quite a bit and hope to add one. I love how subtle it is, and prefer it on the oyster. My 1675 is on a jubilee, and love the combo. Id own both in a heartbeat. Admittedly, the modern pepsi gmt renders a bit flashy to me at times, especially on jubiliee.

Boom! It’s so funny when people ask what’s a —— but they know exactly what you are referring to.

BLRO, BLNR, VTNR now and will add GRNR in next year or so I guess. Seems obvious to me.

Yes. If, after six months, you don’t love it, sell it. But you’re asking the wrong people. We’re a bunch of enablers. We take pictures of our watches in public places and post them on line. I mean, I personally feel like that’s normal behavior.

But, if you want a better answer, ask your wife’s best friend. She’ll tell it like it is.

Good luck.

I think one SS GMT is enough in the collection personally.

A dozen SS GMT watches is a collection. A bunch of different watches is just a bunch of watches.

There is no law against it so do it if you want. I wouldn’t. Not because they aren’t great watches there is so much more out there.

Bruce Wayne and Pepsi in the same collection?

No, it’s the same watch with different colors. Get both and sell the one you like least after 6 months.

Definitely liking the Bruce wayne more than I thought I would. Pepsi is still the king though. A must in any collection imo.

I have several GMT-II including a BWayne
and a skydweller. It’s ok to have several that are all different.

Get both and more , then order an oyster bracelet to have

I have VTNR and BLNR. LOVE The GMTs and are mostly my dailys. Wouldn’t mind to add a BLRO at some point. Totally biased by this model

Depends on your circumstances, if you have a large collection (10+ watches) then sure why not…

I personally wouldn’t, it’s the exact same watch in a different colour so would rather have a GMT with either a Daytona, Submariner or Datejust alongside it for some variation. Or, if I was to keep two GMT’s it would be a steel and then precious metal on alternative bracelets.

No, I wouldn’t.

With that money, I would get a 5 digit GMT with several bezel inserts and learn how to do it myself.

I have a collection of about 15 watches. I have really tried my best to make the collection as diverse and collectible as possible. It has changed a lot, starting about 3 years ago.

Sure, why not? I would try to have one on Oyster and one on Jubilee…that way you have four possible combo’s.
