The 2025 strategic planning meeting for Simply Noble Ltd is in the books. Our marketing staff seemed very appreciative of the dinner we threw for them tonight. They really enjoyed the bison steak but ate the sides too.

The wine from a recent "Wine & Song" afternoon that I do with a few mates.
At one stage we were only doing the heavier Reds but in our Summer climate the lighter ones are also very acceptable. The Pinot is always a contrast to the CabSavs and Shiraz, as is the Spanish Tempranillo, a variety I usually enjoy.
