So a possibly genuine Rolex movement can be housed in a Chinese case with fake dial and Rolex branding that is clearly non original and bank to sell ?
Bearing in mind the recent Californian custom company issues ….
This dial here is clearly non original and beats Rolex trademark 🤷*♀️

It may be different in different jurisdictions and depending on critically on how the item is marketed. I’ve bought and sold many cars that have non “OEM” parts including different engines and these “franken/marriage” cars are fine unless you seek to deceive the prospective buyer into believing otherwise.
