The bracelet is the least of its problems.

Even with the low resolution photos, the dial doesn't look authentic or is a refinished one.

If you have the watch in your possession, what is the serial number's first 4 digits and what are the codes stamped in the clasp?

That's important data.

This Day-Date is from the early 60's.
Rolex was using a different font at that time.

Dial appears to be original, but as mentioned photo is not clear.
Bracelet appears to be age appropriate.

This is why I asked OP my questions.

That dial is no bueno IMHO here is the font for a 640xxx DD and the OP's photo of the watch is off quite a bit, don't you think?

This watch was already shown here a few months ago: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=978883

David asked for a bracelet pic but no response.

For me, the bracelet looks to be 100% genuine Rolex.

thank you all the replies, please pardon me I mistakenly posted this watch twice

I understand there was a question if the dial was refinished or swapped out, this is exactly how I purchased the watch

there is a better photo of the dial here

I am having difficulty seeing any numbers on the watch case or bracelet

The photo is still really bad. If you can't get a better one, you will have to determine for your self whether the dial is repainted. I am still seeing some weirdness on the minute tick marks at upper right, they seem to be painted over the dial step. Take a look for yourself.

thank you for the comment, I will need to improve my photo skills

the watch has been sitting in a box for many years in CH

next month I will have it serviced in Dubai and then likely trade or sell it

I agree on the fonts being off on the OP’s watch and that is unfortunate.
Here’s an example of a claw day-date dial.
Big difference imo, but you could find a better dial OP if your watch is YG and not RG.
Not sure of the timeline the bracelet clasp should have the Helvetia or other location marking.
Good luck…
