Creepy Fountain Pen
This is the Moore Fingertip fountain pen.
Someone told me one time that the Moore Fingertip pens gave them the creeps because the section and nib design reminded them of a dead person's finger after they've been dead for a while, and their skin has shrunk away from their nail.
