Deep Sea AHHHH!

I will be the Proud new owner of a DSSD! Yes I am joining the club. I should have it by Sat.. I will post pics Thanks to all of you who made offers on my TT Rolex. I Traded it and was able to cut a good deal on a V series DSSD

I was reading about the history of the SD last night, and it really is a fascinating watch and truly worthy of the "tool watch" designation. It is still standard issue for COMEX and has been for many years. Dowling and Hess call it "the quintessential Oyster."

I was also wondering if the DSSD would eventually replace it for professional divers. From a technical standpoint, it would seem a logical successor.

Anyway, Zgar, congrats on the new watch. Look forward to some pics.
