Happy on-coming Winter, tossers!!

Hi guys,

While here I am basking away in some Utopian like superbly perfect 20ºC (68ºF) temperature, you poor buggers are facing the dreaded onslaught of the on-coming Winter.

Oh, woe is me....I feel so sorry for you tossers!! LOL!!! My ass!!

Us Canadians do not dread winter. We are polar bears here... we wear tshirts and shorts during winter.

For a wooly fella like you, you should be naturaly insulated.

Well said, Vernon... I look forward to winter as it means the end of autumn, the most depressing of seasons.

Winter means lots of fires in the fireplace (and roasting marshmellows with C), tobogganing, skating on the Rideau Canal, and of course shreddin' freshies at the local ski hills.

Bring it on!

I have no fear of winter JJ.

In fact it means with the early, dark, cold nights I have even more time to sit at the PC and question your practices with sheep and taste in fake goods....

Nipples or Fripples (frozen nipples). In fact if you google "fripples" you may find a website dedicated to such things.... But I didn't say that of course (WARNING: JJ don't google it when Zemina is there or you might end up with a bruise on your head!) ..

And when it does we will be kickin' back sipping cold drinks and topping up the tan while JJ is relying on the warmth of the herd.

I have to say the time I spent in Auckland the weather wasn't very good. Cool and damp for the most part, and I prefer the dead of winter and -25C to damp cold weather (the dryness of the winter is good for my arthritis!).

My favourite winter sport is......well, staying inside where it's warm.

I don't ski or snowboard, and my winter "sport" is cleaning out the driveway and reparing the damaged lawn that the snow plow digs up every fecking year! You would think the idiots who plow my street would have figured out where my grass starts after tearing it up for 10 years straight.

I must get the snowblower ready before we get another dump like this:
