Is it a wet dream Ceej? Top class pick and the pictures are a nice touch. I'll publish my list later but the dive watch is a Comex Sea Dweller in unused condition, serial number 1960.

John - great question!

Ok - I've done this pretty quick so reserve the right to change my mind! All photos are borrowed with thanks to the owners/photographers.

Dive watch
British Military Submariner 5517
(Ok, I know this is a bit cheeky but I had to get it in somewhere!)

GMT watch
6542 GMT

Alarm watch
PAM98

Dress watch
JLC Reverso

Chronograph watch
6240 Daytona

General sports watch
PAM4A

Can I just add one extra category?

Favourite watch to get if you had the money?

Mine would be a 6538 Goldfinger Sub (minus the gun!)

Yes, our lists have a lot of common choices. Thought you mind find it humorous that I initially thought to list the Omega Speedmaster Pro as my chronograph choice as well--great minds think alike!

I'm too worn out looking at all of these fabulous watches to even list mine. Maybe later, after a drink or two...

A tough question, and again these would be tentative answers:

Dive watch - I don't dive so the GO Sport Evo would do the trick here (not my picture).

GMT watch - I would take Launch Mini's Pam 98!

Alarm watch - UN Sonata Cathedral. I'm glad to see this is choice of several of you here and I hope my pictures helped with that choice!

Dress watch - this vintage Patek is my dream dress watch - the one on the right of course (not my picture).

Chronograph watch - GO Panomatic Chronograph - this is one stunning watch. (I have to say that the JLC Amvox 2 and the Lange Datograph would be alternate choices, but for now the GO wins out since I've had it on my wrist as shown below).

General Sports watch - not sure what to put here so I'll put the Amvox 2 in to cover my bases on the chrono as well (not my picture).

Beater watch - UN 1846 Marine Chronometer (would prefer roman dial to this one).

Great pix guys!

Shane, love that reverso... Truth be told, it would be next on my list after the ones I mentioned.

Also, if I put in a category for perpetual calendar, I'd go for the Glashutte Original Senator Perpetual Calendar. Gorgeous watch!

Dive watch - Seiko Diver's 200m Automatic w/ rubber strap
GMT watch - Rolex SS GMT II Red/Black
Alarm watch - Breitling Aerospace
Dress watch - Cartier Man's Tank Vermiel with croc strap
Chronograph watch - Omega Speedmaster Professional on black croc strap
General Sports watch - Rolex SS Sub/date
Beater watch - Hamilton SS field watch (LLBean version w/ OD canvas strap)

Oh, and I have all of these, so that's why I think they are the ultimate choices for me.
