posted on the 18th of september about my Bezel falling off my 16613 however rolex has had the watch since the 11th sept been quoted another 10 working days before i have it back dont know if im doing the right thing having that 1 back or should i demaned a new 1

Why not ask for a new one? Doubt you'll get it tho.

If something isn't fit for purpose in the UK the 'seller' has to replace it or give a refund. It is your rights. If they don't replace ask for a refund and go elsewhere.
