To the seller's credit, he makes it as clear as he can that this is a replica watch, without explicitly saying so. The price, the lack of rolex boxes or paperwork, the omission of the word "rolex" from the auction, etc.

Now counterfeits are automatically illegal and therefore banned by ebay, but we've seen much worse.
