Watch winder???
I only wear my Tudor during working hours. I have a winder that is progamable with three different functions. What is the proper program for a Rolex Tudor? Automatic (goes both directions with a rest), Continuous clockwise, Continuous counter-clockwise?Thanks for the help!!

Not sure about Tudors, but Rolexes are good for 650 TPD in any direction.
