Spending Christmas in Park City, Utah this year... any recommendations on bars/restaurants/nightlife? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

There are plenty of bars and restaurants on main street. There is also a Rolex AD just up from the post office between main street and Swede Alley.

Not sure what's happened since the 2002 Olympics, but they had some seriously messed up liquor laws back then - needing to be "sponsored" at bars, bars with "splash shields" so "Mini Me" types couldn't "crash the bar" for underage drinking (messed up stuff)..you'll still have a great time, just hope some of the stuffiness has subsided !! BTW, they have done major upgrading at areas outside of PC - Powder Mountain outside of Ogdon, UT has the major G slalom run. If you make it into Ogdon, check out the Prairie Schooner for some decent steaks on the "prairie".

Don't worry, Utah has more than enough booze and drunks.

I was just there the law changed no more club fees (you used to have to pay a $20.00 membership to get a drink) no more. It is easy to get a drink in Utah now. We all make fun of Utah but did you see the latest Fed. numbers Utah is the second fastest growing state in the union. Utah's economy is almost not touched by the economic hard times. Utah has the longest life expectation in the union as well. One question, what the hell are we doing wrong in Nevada?

Cal state did not have any fun in San Diego against Utah? I won $300.00 on that bet. Pac 10 seems to be asleep at the bowl games this year?
