Well it does clearly state very high quality diamonds added after market: VS 1 clarity, F color bezel.

And the dial has been refinished. That alone would steer me away from it. There's no indication of the age of the watch, could have had water damage.

Not fake, Larry. Just not all Rolex. The movement may be, but the dial and bezel are aftermarket. So that makes it a frankenwatch. It's only worth what some idiot is willing to pay for it - which is too much in my book.

Rockrolex, how much is a frankenwatch worth. I see the guys asking for almost $4K. How much should the watch really be?

You may be right, but I think that frankenwatch is a play on words, although accurate . If you dont know whats under the hood, it is not real.

IMO, if it is not 100% genuine....its a POS!!

there is something really wrong with that watch. a rollie with that many diamonds does not sell at that price. like someone said before, it is a frankenwatch lol. I would not buy it but it is still nice to look at.

Something about "Approx. 1 Carat diamond custom bezel set on 18K solid white gold" on a gent's DJ doesn't add up.

On a DJ with reasonable sized full cut diamonds will need more than 1 ct.

To someone who would go on to add diamonds to their DJ, the price seems about right. To someone who is a DJ fan the price would be what a standard DJ goes for minus what a correct face, bezel and hands would cost to have installed (bringing the watch back to original condition).
