Just added to my collection of the love or hate Green Sub (waited 4 years for this baby!)

Hi guys, yeah I'm a newbie to RF, thanks. It's worth the wait for this Kermit although my purse strings are damn light now... Happy New Year Rolexers...

Cool Oysterdate... What's the significance of the insignia on the dial?

Shawn, saving up the funds and goodwill from my wife to purchase it! ;-D

Woody, there are 2 school of thoughts for this UAE Eagle Insignia:
1. Military dial presented to Armed Forces rank & file personnel of UAE
2. Presented to UAE non-citizens by the government for recognitions
I can't find the exact facts to back this up, mostly tips from seasoned Rolexers & dealers.

Very nice collection. Tell us about your Tudor, as we have a few fans here.
Your purse strings might be light but your wrist is much heavier.

Hey Dan, yeah I am a big fan of Tudors vintage pieces too. Its model 74010 with 13 marker bezel, 1994 i think. Unfortunately, the crystal was chipped when i bought it but the rare 13 marker was worth it. Only saw it once on a HK website. Cheers!
