Need help with this old Universal

I have only seen this movement once at a London auction house websight from several years ago. anyone know anything about these Super-microrotor's?

My father bought this in the early 70's from a dealer that was very upset about the digital watches that were taking over the market. I still remember how happy he was to finally sell a REAL watch to my dad.

Great +3 seconds a day when I wear it. Try not to much though since it is not water tight. I am so used to my dive watches I'm affraid I'll slip and wash my hands or something.
