I love those pics posted, but my favorite DJII is with the white dial and romans. To me that's the best DJII!

Was wondering where my thread was heading for a bit there but it seems to have made it's way back on track lol

There's a great lume shot floating around on the forum - I LOVE the bright green hands against the blue arabics I think it make the watch that much more unique!

Unfortunately we are looking at condo's next week and now talk of going away to get married in the net year and a half.. I get the feeling I'm going to have to save extra hard or it's going to get pushed back again..

I'll get there sooner than later

This is my favourite DJ2 you have got there my friend. Absolutely gorgeous ! The other DJ2 varients are nice but i dont like the numerals upside down at the bottom, either in arabic or in roman numerals.

I'm still a hair torn by this one as well but I have still never been able to see it in person. If it came down to it and I had both in front of me to choose from - It would be a tough day for Brandon

If the numeral were pressed on and not the raised paint like they are I would jump on that model in a heartbeat!

That's why I need to see it in person - to see if they really stand out as much as I hope they do!

From memory I think there is another version of roman numeral dial with all applied Romans. Can not remember if it is available in both SS and TT variants or just the TT.... Then again, one of the advantages owning a DJ/DJII is that you can change the dials as often as you want.

Isn't there, or is it a DJ with romans that I have seen many photos of?

This guy right here - It is very nice but doesn't offer the sharp contrasts I like in the other two models. It did look very nice in person though.

Correct the DJ has the white roman dial but the DJ II only has the blue one, the black one (both pictured in this thread) and the TT model.

I would love to see this one - I cannot understand why some of the Roman dials DO have the 9 baton, and some dont (like this one).

IMO it looks better without, and I love the Azzuro blue here. If anyone has real-world pics please share!

i think Rolex missed the mark on the DJ II...its a stunning piece, but a larger crown and wider (perhaps new style) hands would have really made the watch perfect. I am hopefuly for a smooth bezel and wider hands at Basel.

What do you guys think the odds are of a "Jubilee" dial coming to the DJII?

Was that dial designed as an anniversary dial? Not sure where I read that but if it is then I think that would hinder it coming to a new watch.. Could be very wrong though lol

Something about the baton markers just works for me so much more than either the Arabic or Roman numerals. They're so clean and simple.

And as much as I enjoy my SS/WG/White Baton DJII, I sure would have loved the SS/WG model with an Ivory face to add a little touch of extra character.

Thats the one I have!
I don't wear it too often as I am pretty rough on my watches but
I love it! With as rough as I am I tend to keep it aside for dressier
moments due the the PCL
