Darn it, not sure if I really like Tumi Merdian Multi Window Card Case. The two ID windows are nice to have, but I am not that crazy about the oval cut-outs. The look kind of cheesy, although practical for sliding out the ID. Back to the Tumi store to check-out more wallets...

Wallet . . .

I've used this card case several years now for a wallet.
It's due for replacement in another few years;
I'll look out for another, but in shell cordovan leather, for durability.

Looks nice! just getting broken ....
just as my wallet was starting to look like that my wife had bugged me for 3 years to buy another one and threw away my old Bosca away after 15+years of using it.
The new Hartmann she got me will take 10 years at least to get that broken in feel and look again.

Well, I exchanged the Tumi Merdian Multi Window Card Case for the Gusseted Card Case with ID. It is more practical and fits my everyday wallet needs Nothing like having a nice quality wallet.

I like this nightflight mont blanc wallet. It is made of silk and leather. The other one is Burberry.

Got my wife a Gucci wallet very nice as well.

Going to new york wallet shopping this June. Looking at Hermes and Louis vutton.

I really think it's hard not to go with Coach for men's wallets. After 15 years, my Coach billfold got to the point where my cards starting falling out when I took it out of my pocket. Just ordered a new Coach billfold.

I also wanted to buy a slimmer, smaller leather wallet that I could put the non-essentials in. I don't want to spend more than $100, but would love to keep it way lower. And it does not have to be a designer brand. Any suggestions and/or ideas?
Just a small warning, the magnetic clips can sometimes mess up the magnetic strips on credit cards. Just a small warning.

Great service.

To me most wallets seem so thick. I found a tri-fold at Nordstrom I love it is a Nappa Vitello by Bosea. This wallet wears well and it has a nice price point $95.00.I have owned everything from Tumi (over rated), Louis Vuitton (great wallet, but the designs are feminine not really for a man in my view). Ralph Lauren/Polo (cheep poorly made wallets falls apart within one year). Burberry (like Polo falls apart). My best advice is a tri-fold by Bosea. Good Luck.

I bought the Perry Ellis Slimfold Portfolio wallet based on David's recommendation. I had it for about a year. Not a bad wallet, but it wore down pretty good. I was at the King of Prussia Mall today and stopped into the Tumi store. I picked up the Merdian Multi Window Card Case...

http://www.tumi.com/meridian/multi-w...d-case-100749/

Man, talk about nice quality. Tumi has a two year limited warranty. I considered the Gusseted Card Case with ID looked pretty cool, but I was never crazy about gusseted compartments.
Mine wore down as well, and last year when we were in Puerto Rico, my wife bought a smaller bi-fold Coach wallet which she gave to me for Father's Day. I think it was like $30 at the outlet. 7 months later the dang thing looks almost new still.

I have the LV "Multiple" wallet in Damier graphite canvas. It's about 6 months old now and still looks brand new.

I used to like Coach but their quality has gone down a lot in the last 6-7 years.

Money Clamp by Beza, makes a great money clip with or without a slim wallet. As for a slim wallet, mine is made from stingray leather and it's held up for over 4 years and I do carry it in my front pocket!!!

OK
I have a LV card holder I carry daily... Easily holds my ID, business cards and a few credit cards. I simply fold my money in the middle (between the open front and back before you fold it over) They call it the business card holder and it is the best thing since sliced bread for daily carry if you dont carry a ton of cards and like ur cash within quick reach.
I have a larger Gucci traditional leather wallet (bi fold) and will carry it when traveling and know I need more with me.
If I need something quick small and cheap for going on the boat or something I carry
http://www.swallet.com/ Check them out, GREAT product!
My international wallet is a Ghurka Passport wallet, it was a gift and I was impressed! I still am looking for something else (dont know what... I love LV so who knows). I was first given the Ghurka travel wallet as its meant for a passport as well but it just was too thick when it came down to it. They market it to men but I think its really meant for women as it has a change pouch which adds to the thickness.

I have had Tumi, just didn't do it for me (I love their luggage). Coach, as mentioned I think the quality has gone down quite a bit since they have opened outlet stores all over the place...

The only other wallet I own is for when out in the thick of things I carry http://www.maxpedition.com they can go through hell and back, can deal with getting soaked and when I have to carry one I am not carrying much in the wallet anyway. Not a dress wallet though, that is for certain!

WOW thanks you guys made me realize I have wallet issues as well

(we wont mention the multiple Rolex wallets NIB I have and refuse to use hahaha)

Mont Blanc makes some nice wallets - I've got a couple myself. Very nice finish and of course, excellent quality. There's a few High Feedback legit sellers on eBay, definitely worth a look.
