tube or no tube?
Do we really need tubes for strap? Does tubes make any difference? Thanks.

Yes, tubes are a wise idea to use if you're talking about straps for the Luminors.

Yes, you should use tubes on Luminors, but not on Radiomirs.

The tubes are especially important when it comes to the luminors that have screws for the lugs. The tubes help prevent the leather from rubbing the screws and backing them out unintentionally. The tubes are also thought to help reduce the wear and tear on the straps.
So, for models with screw lugs - absolutely!!!! For models with the new strap change system - it doesn't hurt at all and may actually make your straps last longer.

I would like to see a picture of one if possible. Unless you are talking about aftermarket straps, I haven't seen any Rad come with these type of tubes out of factory. The only thing they come with is a small adapter to connect the end lugs.
