Pull out, not only for the fact that they are yanking you around but that Tourneau is WAY over priced. Look around on these forums and find yourself something nice. For the price you paid at Tourneau you may be able to get you a Rolex and another goodie. I can highly recommend Oscar (bodybump), he is a great guy.

BTW the new ones are going to be in demand and I highly doubt Tourneau is going to place one on hold for you, especially since you didn't pay the full price.

I would take my deposit back right away. There is no way Tourneau will give you that type of deal right away. Maybe a year from now when the hype goes down.
If you do want it new, I'm sure you can find one at one of the many AD's in the NYC area. Otherwise, save yourself a few bucks and buy one here in LNIB condition.

i would recommend having them put in writing for selling the new style to you at whatever the price agreed already. this is a good deal. in case they refuse take the $ back. you never know. tournooo seems to be better now that it used to be...
