Here, I posted the link for others to access the item easier.

If you have to pay duty/tariffs on watches shipped in to Canada, say from the US. Then this might no be a bad deal. The watch looks to have some scratches, that may buff out. If so I would weigh the price of this watch against the cost of getting a watch shipped in from out of your country.

Also you should be getting a spare divers extension, and a screwdriver in that pouch that is shown, along with dive tables.
