Can anyone explain the difference? I can't seem to find references. They are both MB 149s aren't they?

Chris,

To my understanding the 149 is called the Diplomat while the 146 is the Le Grande. I believe the Classique is the 144.

The MB 149 is neither a LeGrand or Classique, it is the largest of the three in terms of diameter. The LeGrand is the next largest with the Classique being the slimmest. The 149 only comes as a FP where as you can get the LeGrand or Classique as FP,RB or BP in most cases.

Thanks guys! I'm looking for one more, a BP to round out the collection. Then I'm off to a Nakaya and an Omas.
