Not sure if you are including white gold in your search or not but if I had the money I'd be torn between these two - If you can pull of Solid Yellow Gold then I'd say go for that beauty!

WG Sub = my grail watch!
but if it were between the YG Sub C / GMT IIC, i'd go for the GMTIIC.. as mentioned already, additional function of a 24hr hand... basically, depth rating aside, more functions than the sub.. though not as iconic as the sub, but iconic nonetheless! (if that makes any sense...) |

The YG GMT is my choice, either in black or green( i dont like any green models of any Rolex)everything too green, but i do admit the green is quite nice with the YG. Strange that.

I'd go for the black dial YG GMT IIC. I'm not a fan of green dials or green bezels.
