Two doctors and an HMO manager died and lined up together at the Pearly Gates.

One doctor steped forward and told St. Peter, "As a pediatric surgeon, I saved hundreds of children." St. Peter let him enter.

The next doctor said, "As a psychiatrist, I helped thousands of people live better lives." St. Peter told him to enter as well.

The last man said to St. Peter, "I was an HMO manager. I got countless families cost-effective health care."

St. Peter replied, "You may enter. But," he added, "you can only stay for three days. After that, you can go to hell."
