New guy saying hi.
I joined here a week or more back, i've found it to be a mine of information. I've gone through hundreds of pages of old posts and will be trawling through a load more in the coming days.
Anyway...I've loved the look of the SS Date Sub for years but coudln't justify buying one until I had myself financially stable, marriage, house, young family etc etc take their toll on the wallet. I am 35 on Sunday and decided the time was right for the big purchase, it took a while to get the right deal, but I got there in the end. New Sub arrived today and i'm ecstatic, great to have this icon on my left wrist. It will serve me well over the coming years. Great forum, looking forward to hanging around here for a while.
