Bryan, I would not call it a transition per se...but perhaps a dalliance?

Seriously, the watch feels great. It fits / looks quite proportional I think. Now, if it were a 47mm....

Say - random question. Should an AD be able to sell the exact PAM OEM lug hole screwdriver? Mine fell apart tonight. Lost that microscopic screw which holds in the bit.

Thanks John...I've only checked for the date once - so far.

I suspect it will be more of a Friday / weekend watch. But that's fine with me. Yeah, the simplicity / minimalist flavor are what appealed to me.
