on average how many watches are produced in a regular production run?

my 00126 has this number on the back 1139/1200. Does that really mean that only 1200 of this watch were ever produced...it that usual or do they make more or less of each model?

I had a thread on this a while back.

Might need to be a bit cautious with the data/findings though.
