ROLEX MEN GOLD Filled Watch BOX EXTRAS DATE OYSTER 83
I was actually looking at boxes and winders and came across this on my search. Does this look right?

Now that you mention it US papers are not punched but printed. The service paper is from Hollis & Company their web site does not mention watch repair buy they are an AD as the seller claims.
