...here is an INTERESTING "twist"...

...I cannot find the thread, but we dealt with this watch!

...my ORIGINAL msg to the seller PRIOR to it's demise:

Hi.

GREAT looking watch!

Will you please set the time to 5:25 and post the picture to the listing.

This will prove that you have the watch.

Thanks, SE.

...here is an EMAIL I rec'd just now:

Hi,

My Rolex Red Submariner Watch is not on ebay anymore, but it's still available for sale.
My usual schedule was modified and I had to go to Spain to take care of some business and that's why I've closed my auction.
The final price for the watch is US $ 3,500.00 including all the shipping costs and insurance.
Also I want to let you know that you will have the opportunity to receive and inspect the item before you actually pay for it. If you are interested and want to know more details regarding the purchase just contact me.
Thanks,
Yasmin

Tell Yasmin to mail it to you. Have it sent to your work address. I've made purchases like that before. Still not 5:25

I'd stay away from this one. He did not even make mention of your request for a pic at 5:25

No risk involved.... do it Stan! Just don't give him your home address to be safe. If it was me, I would have it shipped to my work.
