I use a Canon EF-S 60mm 1:2.8 with a Macro Ring Lite MR-14EX on a Canon EOS 50D (this shot was at f/9.0, 1/100, ISO 100, with no post-processing).

This is my watch, right off my wrist, before taking it in for its first ever service - it has seen daily wear through hell and high water for over 11 years without a single service (it shows huh?)
