Help on my first Panerai

I want to buy my first Panerai. I have been looking for a long time now. I´m choosing between the 233 and the 005.

The problem is that I also want the 5513 MAXI sub sometime in the future.
Do I get the 005 and the Maxi or do I go for the 233, I believe the price is about the same.

I´m pretty sure I can´t get them all in this life...
Regards.

233, then you'll have GMT function, date, small seconds, manual wind, display back...

Then if you get the Sub, it will nicely compliment the 233 - no date, centre seconds, diving bezel, auto, etc...

Cheers

Definitely the 233. Doesn't get much better than that.

Get what you like most first b/c you dont want to turn around in a year from now and sell the 5 at a loss to buy a 233. also, i think the case is different on a 5 and 233-sandwich vs non. (not 100% sure). how often will you use the gmt function on the 233???? if much then it may be a better choice. finally, go to a store and try everything on b/c nothings the same until its in your hand. good luck!!!

233 and be done--I like that Joey! 233 would be one great intro to Panerai!
