Thank you - apparently mine was open - I fliped it over, pushed, and it clicked in. Now the watch fits on my wrist much better. I had one link removed when I got it and it was still a little big. I thought about having another link removed or the clasp adjusted - but no need to now - this fix solved the problem. Thanks, Steve
