Here's the response I got when I inquired about a sub...is there any place to report these guys to that will actually take action??? It's amazing how they can't even get their english correct...

The watch is new,under warranty and the final price is $2500.
Now I'm in Spain with job
I will came back next year. The product is here with me, in Spain. I don't have who i ship it. My family is here with me.
So this is what i suggest, i think this is the best and safest way for the two of us.
I will ship it to you. I will support all the shipping taxes. Shipping will take usually: 3 days.
Obviously we need a safe way to complete this deal that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after.
I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast!
The solution is provided by a international shipping company DHL.
It is explained step by step below:
- First I will need your shipping information (i.e. name and address).
1. With this info, I will go to a DHL Location send the item to your name and address provided.
2. DHL will inspect the package and all the legal papers.
- As soon as the item is in DHL custody, you will receive a notification from them.
1. After that, you will make the payment for the item.
2. Once the payment was sent, they will deliver the product to your door step, and you will verify that everything is as supposed.
- If by any reason, you will not be satisfied with the package, you will return the product to DHL with no expense!

DHL Express reduces risks associated with Internet transactions by acting as a licensed, trusted, neutral third party for on-line transactions.
The seller leaves the merchandise into DHL Express custody.
The merchandise will remain in DHL Express custody until the buyer provides the payment informations to the seller.
Once the funds are verified by the seller, the merchandise will be send to the buyer.
If the buyer will not be satisfied with the merchandise, DHL Express will send the merchandise back to the seller.
Also the payment will be sent back to the buyer.
The seller will receive the payment only if the buyer will contact us and tell us that will keep the product.

You can probably report them to CL but I doubt there would be any actions taken.

They can spam with a new account and try to scam others.

Craigslist is pure scam. Every pixel. It ought to be renamed "Swag which fell off the back of a truck in Queens dot com"

Were I a cargo hijacker or ran a mob of thieves I would look upon CL as my store front.

Remember the guy who booked hookers in hotels last year and killed one?

CL finally made the hookers stop saying that they were hookers. Now they ask for "dates"

My brother got caught up with a gang on CL when he was looking for work. He was to be a shipper for folks in Europe who shopped in the US.

They did...but with stolen credit cards. So the scheme was that the merchandise would be bought online, delivered to a schill who would re package and then ship it to the EU. The only trail led to the schill.

I won't even visit CL, let alone do a deal from there.

What's sad is there was a time (like eBay) that craigslist was the real deal!

Yea...tried the CL report path before...pretty ineffective. I guess there's no real internet police! Quick interesting CL story, I'm a bit of a car guy and saw this 2004 BMW X5 (back in 2005) w/ supposed mileage of 7,000 selling for $6,000!! Had a few exchanges with the 'seller' who of course wanted cash w/ no protection, but I managed to wiggle out some ID details that traced back to a dealer in Texas...I reported it to CL, they pulled the ad (of course the seller relisted a month later!), but more importantly, I contacted the dealer and told them what was going on, how they were using their vins, their pics, etc...the dealer could not give a s&$t!! He acted like I was bothering him...oh well!
