Steve is the man!!! I needed a new bezel insert for my 16610 and saw from various threads that he was rumored to have some. I sent him a PM and received a very prompt response. After discussing the issue back and forth via PM and email over the span of a few hours, my curiosities were very well satisfied and I sent him the money via Paypal. He sent the item the next day and I just received it, 2.5 days after initial contact, exactly as described!!!

He went crazy wrapping it up, too – bezel insert inside a small plastic bag, inside a taped-shut CD case, inside a firm cardboard USPS priority mail envelope, folded up and stuffed snugly into a bubble mailer envelope! A sign of someone that truly cares.

I could not be happier with this smooth, seamless, and insanely EASY transaction and wouldn’t ever hesitate to buy ANYTHING from Steve again.
