This is why when I get asked what time it is, I reply "according to my Rolex (insert model name and number here) it is 1:05).

If that doesn't alert them to my Rolex, I have them take a look at my Rolex Owners T-shirt and baseball cap!

Just being a smart a**. I used to love having my watch noticed, now I know that right after the "is that a Rolex?" question, comes the "how much did it cost?" question - immediately followed by "is it real?". I like when a watch person asks about one of my watches or pays a compliment but I can live without the rude, nosy questions.

Hah a colleague of mine (who sits next to me) is not into watches. He doesnt even wear a watch. He uses his cell phone, computer, etc etc. So when i was searching for my GMT Pepsi i showed him a pic of one online. He said. "Ugggh, that blue and red thing around the outside is ugly)

Me, i think its beautiful. I guess beauty really is in the eye of the beholder!

I believe in alot of cases - people will notice your Rolex but not comment. I live in Atlanta, there are Rolex advertisements everywhere (expressways, malls, etc). I am certain that if you asked someone to trade your Rolex for their Seiko - they would in a heartbeat...
