Called the Dallas RSC yesterday and I have a question-
The customer service lady was very nice and extremely helpful- basically exactly what we would expect from Rolex. She advised me that questions regarding repairs or estimates will be asked via fax or phone. I asked her if she could email me with the information and she stated that Rolex is not currently set up for email- she added that perhaps in the future they will offer correspondence in an email but not at this time.
This struck me as odd, is this for security?
