FS: V Series ROLEX SEA DWELLER 16600!! £3980 - bargain!!

For your consideration is my immaculate V SERIAL [V244***] (now discontinued) ROLEX SEA DWELLER 16600 bought brand new in the UK 9 months ago.

Worn but in 'mint' condition (as regarded by both myself and an AD I recently took it in to for consideration of trade) as the pictures clearly show (apologies for iPhone snaps). My first Rolex, this has been cared for like a child since the day of purchase. Have always been careful with it to avoid nicks, scratches etc. No damage to any part of the watch, including the 5mm thick sapphire crystal.

One of the last remaining new examples from an AD's safe in July 2009, this watch is not only impossible to acquire now new from a UK AD, it comes complete with all original packaging, documentation and valuation documents, and also has well over a year's worth of Rolex International Warranty remaining!

A real must-have for any Rolex enthusiast - young or old.

My reason for sale is simple: I need the funds to acquire another model from a trusted seller on TRF. I understand that this model is likely to increase in value over time, being a V Serial (the last production run of the 16600) and one of the last non-ceramic/supercase Rolex sports models - this could be quite an investment for the right buyer, and one they will be able to enjoy owning for many years to come. If I had the money and the patience I would hold on to it without doubt...

Please see the pictures below for the condition of the watch. My photography skills aren't brilliant and really do not do justice to this beauty.

My price is a firm £3980 GBP, and I would prefer a face-to-face transaction in the UK (I don't trust the delivery companies!). References available on request

PM Me if interested! Thanks guys

Bump Bump folks

Plenty of interest in this so far, a few trade offers initially (in which I am not interested irrespective of model) and some offers very close to the asking price.. One offer of the asking price also, but time/PayPal complications (I would rather resolve within the week with cash/bank transfer)

First cash/BT for £3980 will secure this week.

Good luck guys

This is so close to being sold.. it is a matter of £100 difference on people's offers.

I am certain that it is worth the original £3980 asking price and each day I am being urged to 'keep hold of it' even at this level of return as it is such a unique and sought after piece.

Hurry, if it hasn't sold by the weekend then I am looking increasingly likely to heed their advice and keep hold of this beauty and enjoy wearing it and watching it rise in value over the coming years..

I am located in Yorkshire and would prefer to conduct a deal in this part of the UK, although I do travel to the South West and London frequently should a suitable cash buyer present themselves.

Here are some additional pictures.. It is looking more and more beautiful as every day goes by sitting there in the box

£3980 secures this weekend

Bank holiday bump!

If it hasn't gone by the end of the bank holiday weekend I am really tempted to strap this beauty back on my wrist and enjoy what is a truly incredible piece (guess the PAM could wait for now).

In order to enable this I will lower the price to £3900 as a bank holiday special for this weekend only to get it sold!

Come on TRF, let's get this sold!!!

Back in love with the SD, but considering straight trades..

Perhaps also TT GMT IIc and any Rolex Daytona (including TT)
