What people are asking for them, and what they are getting for them, aren't always the same number......
However, except for the premiums that some pay intitially, values on a Rolex have always gone up.......... the GMT will too..

As Mike stated, they can ask whatever they want, what matters is what it sells for when the hammer drops. The GMT referenced here is priced rather high in my opinion and similar watches can be found for substantially less.

I have noticed much higher asking prices during the past 90 days. Larry's right (he is always right ) - we dont know what they are selling for - however the ask / sell delta is probably not huge - especially if it sells quickly.
I bought a complete package 16710 Z for just under $4k in mid 2009 and people are asking high $4k and even low $5k for Zs now. I like it but don't understand it. |
