DSSD and Kermit Saying Aloha!
Aloha folks,
New member checking in. I've been beating on my Kermit Sub for little over 3 years (I do just about everything with it) and decided that I needed to get another tool watch before the greenie gets too battered so I picked up a DSSD today. It was a tough call between the JLC SEALs Alarm Diver and the DSSD but after all the abuse I put my Kermit through, I was a little hesitant to go with the JLC (even though it's been field tested by SEALs). I hope the DSSD will be as tough as I expect it to be. Just wanted to say aloha and thanks for this wonderful and informational site! |

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. Here's a crappy phone pic I took at the AD right after I got the DSSD. Will post up some hi-res images when I get home.
As you can see, the band on the Kermit is pretty scratched up and I've got a nice couple of scratches on the bezel at 5 o'clock.... |

You are a lucky guy to have a DSSD. This is a dream watch for sure and one I wish I really had to wear over all other watches.
